May 16, 2007 Big Spring, TX to Mt. Pleasant, TX   Mt Pleasant KOA. Nice little KOA but only two or three sites satellite friendly
May 17, 2007 Mt. Pleasant, TX to Jackson, TN Joy-O RV Park. Right by a TA truck stop. Only 30 amp. OK for an overnight. Satellite OK
May 18, 2007 Jackson, TN to Greeneville, TN   Baileyton RV Park. Great place! Propane, good place to spend more than a day. Sat OK!
May 19, 2007 Greeneville, TN to Grayson Highlands SP, VA   Grayson Highlands State Park. Site 73 is satellite OK. We volunteer here
June 6, 2007 Grayson to Mt. Eaton, OH   Evergreen RV Resort. FANTASTIC park! One of the BEST! Heart of Amish country
June 11, 2007 Mt. Eaton, OH to Delaware, OH Cross Creek Camping Resort. Expensive. Unfriendly, almost rude staff (two years in a row.) Extremely popular in the summer with families on weekends (i.e., thousands of kids all over the place.) Visiting family here
June 25, 2007 Delaware, OH to Elkhart, IN   Elkhart Campground. Large CG. Owners trying to improve this old campground. Satellite friendly
June 30, 2007 Elkhart, IN to Hampton, IL   Fisherman's Corner COE Park. Nice COE campground popular w/locals. Water/electric
July 10, 2007 Hampton, IL to Moscow, IA HWH factory to get our jacks replaced. They work GREAT now!
July 11, 2007 Moscow, IA to Montgomery City, MO   Lazy Day Campground. Popular on weekends! Nice park , pool. Sat friendly
July 12, 2007 Montgomery City, MO to Branson, MO America's Best Campground. This place is OK, not great, but OK. Here for iRV2 Rally. Branson is a little too commercial for us. Reminded us of Orlando where we lived for a couple of years in the 80s
July 23, 2007 Branson, MO to Wichita, KS   USI RV Park. Here to get our air conditioner repaired (RVP- manufacturer is here)
July 24, 2007 Wichita, KS to Higginsville, MO   Interstate RV Park. Nobody around the entire afternoon/morning we were here. 50 amp brkr bad, had to use 30 amp. Another coach had to change sites because his entire power pedestal was bad. Sat friendly
July 25, 2007 Higginsville, MO to Effingham, IL   Camp Lakewood. Extremely friendly owners with a pet parrot "Toby." Only two sites are satellite friendly
July 26, 2007 Effingham, IL to Chesterfield, IN Timberline Family Campground (Muncie area). Nice campground, pond on property. Popular with locals
July 29, 2007 Chesterfield, IN to Elkhart, IN Back at Elkhart Campground. Our new captain chairs are here and we will get them installed at Bradd & Hall and get our washer/dryer worked on at Westland Sales
Aug 3, 2007 Elkhart, IN to Newton Falls, OH Ridge Ranch Campground. Old, heavly wooded, dusty roads, extremely difficult manuvering our coach out of here the morning we left. NOT big-rig friendly. Not satellite friendly. Won't come back here!
Aug 4, 2007 Newton Falls, OH to Gettysburg, PA   Artillery Ridge Campground site HC26. Our site was large but after ONE HOUR of trying to level our coach, we gave up and lived on an incline for the few days we were here. Our site was in the horse camp so we had some, ah, horsie-type smells. At least the campground was close to the battlefiend
Aug 8, 2007 Gettysburg, PA to Windsor, NY   Lakeside Campground. Old traditional campground with lots of trees and a small lake. There is an area clear of trees, but couldn't get the Datastorm to work. DirecTV was OK, though. Difficult getting here due to narrow roads and the last three or four miles is gravel.
Aug 10, 2007 Windsor, NY to Harpursville, NY   Belden Hill Campground. Nice open areas for satellite and a huge field where I could fly my RC planes. We moved here from Lakeside due to the Datastorm and it is closer to family in Binghamton.
Aug 20, 2007 Harpursville, NY to Lancaster, PA Old Mill Stream Campground. Expensive, lots of trees, No Datastorm. Lancaster is WAY too commercial for us. Left in the rain after staying one night
Aug 21, 2007 Lancaster, PA to Staunton, VA   Walnut Hills Campground. Real nice CG. They have an open area where the Datastorm and DirecTV worked. Only water/electric in that area, but they have a dump. Would stay here again
Aug 22, 2007 Staunton, VA to Grayson Highlands SP, VA Back to Grayson for some more volunteering and to meet up with our buddies, Bob & Judy
Sept 4, 2007 Grayson Highlands to Clarksville, TN   Clarksville RV Park. Fine for an overnight stop. Lots of Interstate noise, swimming pool, sat friendly
Sept 5, 2007 Clarksville, TN to Danville, MO Back at Lazy Day Campground for the night
Sept 6, 2007 Danville, MO to Wichita, KS Blasi Campground. Nice CG, large & fairly easy access. Back in Wichita to get our entire air conditioning unit replaced
Sept 8, 2007 Wichita, KS Sanger, TX Sundown Ranch. Huge CG that is popular with rallies. Golf course on the property
Seot 9, 2007 Sanger, TX to the J&J Ranch!! Whoo-hoo - we're home and very thankful for a safe trip. Praise the Lord!
